Who we are
vncnc (vncnc.com) is an export trading company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We buy machining from audited shops in Vietnam and sell finished parts to you: we quote the job, take the order, manage production on the floor, inspect the parts and ship them. We do not own machines, and the contract for your parts is with us.
What we collect
- From buyers: name, work email, company, destination country, the part description you type and any drawing or model you upload.
- From shops: company name, city, contact name, email, website, machine list, materials, inspection equipment, export experience and certifications.
- From everyone: standard server log data held by our host, which includes an IP address and is used for security and abuse prevention.
Why we hold it and what we do with it
We use your drawing to quote the part and, if you order, to produce it. The shop that machines your part receives the technical package it needs and nothing more. Your name and company are not passed on unless you ask us to.
Your identity and your files go only to the shops matched to your request, up to 1 of them, and only after you have agreed to that in the form. If you ask for an NDA we hold the files until the shop has signed one. We do not sell your contact details, we do not add you to a marketing list and we do not publish your drawing anywhere.
Form handling
Our forms are delivered by FormSubmit, which receives the form contents and passes them to our mailbox. Email for this domain is forwarded by our registrar. Both providers process your data only to deliver the message.
How long we keep files
Drawings and models are kept for 12 months from the day you send them, so we can pick a returning request back up without asking you to upload again. After that they are deleted. Email correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active working relationship with you.
Cookies and analytics
This site loads Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics cookies in your browser. We use that data only in aggregate, to see which pages buyers read before sending a request.
Your rights
Write to sales at vncnc.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 24 business hours. If you are in the EU or the UK you have these rights under the GDPR, and you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes to what we share or how long we keep it are sent by email to anyone with an open request.
