Machine export orders for vncnc

vncnc is a trading company: we sell machined parts to customers abroad and buy the machining from shops here. You machine to print and we handle the customer, the quoting, the paperwork and the complaints. What you receive is a purchase order from a company in Vietnam and a drawing that has already been read properly.

What the shop gets

  • A purchase order from usIn terms you already work with, from a company in Vietnam. No foreign contract, no customer negotiation in a second language.
  • A drawing that has been readWe review the package before it reaches you and resolve the ambiguities with the buyer first.
  • Payment on agreed termsWritten down before your first order. We do not ask you to wait for the buyer to pay us.
  • Repeat work, not one-offsThe point of the network is a regular flow to shops that perform, rather than a single job and silence.

What we need from the shop

  • Machine to printThe drawing is the agreement. If something on it cannot be held, tell us before the job runs rather than after.
  • Hold the dateThe date we quote the buyer is the date you gave us. If it is at risk, we need to know the day you know.
  • Let us inWe visit while work is running. Nothing formal, but the door has to open.
  • Measure and reportFirst article and final inspection with measured values, not ticks.
  • Own your mistakesA shop that tells us about a scrapped part keeps the relationship. One that ships it and hopes does not.
Joining

Four steps, and the first order is ours, not a customer's

  1. Register

Machine list with models and counts, largest envelope with fixturing, materials you run weekly, measurement equipment, export experience.

  2. On-site audit

We come to the floor. We check the machines against the list, look at the inspection room and the calibration records, and ask what happens to a part that fails.

  3. Trial order

A paid job of ours, run as a normal order with a first article and a report. It tells both sides more than any document.

  4. Regular work

Kept on results: dimensions, dates held, and how you behave when something goes wrong.

Questions

What shops ask us first

What kind of orders do you bring?

Export orders from buyers in the US, EU, Japan, Korea and Singapore. Machining to print, typically 1 to 5,000 pieces, in aluminium, stainless, steel, titanium and engineering plastics.

Who deals with the buyer?

We do. You receive a purchase order from us, in Vietnamese terms you understand, with a drawing that has already been through a DFM review. You machine to print and we handle the customer.

How does a shop join?

Register, then an on-site audit: machines, measurement equipment, materials you run weekly and how you handle a non-conforming part. After that a trial order, then regular work if it goes well.

When do we get paid?

On the terms agreed in writing before your first order. We do not ask shops to wait for the buyer to pay us.

Do you tell buyers who we are?

No. We do not publish the names of shops in the network and we do not pass your details to buyers. The order sits with us.
